Refund Policy

Summary

• Used credits are not refundable. Every generation runs paid AI models, so credits spent on a generation cannot be returned as money.
• Unused paid credits can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase or renewal charge, pro rata at the price you paid.
• Failed or blocked generations return their credits to your balance automatically.
• Free credits (sign-up gifts, refunded or bonus credits) have no cash value and are never paid out.

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, who is the seller of record for your purchase and also handles order-related inquiries and returns. To request a refund, contact support@videofaceswapper.com with your account email and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

How Refunds Are Calculated

A refund covers only the paid credits from that order that are still unused:

refund = price paid × (unused credits from the order ÷ credits in the order)

Credits that expire soonest are used first; credit-pack credits, which never expire, are used last. Once all credits from an order are used, that order has no refundable amount. When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Credit Packs

Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, as calculated above. After 7 days, pack credits are not refundable, but they never expire.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan and its remaining credits until the end of the period you have paid for.
• A subscription charge (first payment or renewal) can be refunded within 7 days, for the credits of that billing period that are still unused, as calculated above. The plan ends when the refund is issued.
• Plan credits expire at the end of their billing period and are not refundable after they expire.
• Unused time on a plan is not refunded separately.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails, times out or is stopped by our content checks, every credit charged for it is returned to your balance, usually within a minute. If an optional step (such as Extra likeness) fails, you receive the video without it and only that step's credits are returned. Returned credits are free credits: they can be used again but are not paid out.

Immediate Delivery of Digital Content

Credits and generated videos are digital content delivered immediately. By starting a generation you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, for the credits used, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day right in the EU and UK). Your right to a refund of unused paid credits under this policy is not affected.

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you were charged twice for the same order or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect charge in full.

Accounts Terminated for Abuse

If we terminate an account for breaking the Terms of Service, unused credits are not refundable. Refund requests made to get around these rules, and chargebacks for credits that were used, may lead to account termination.
